Strategic Operations Manager, Supply & Growth

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to own the supply side of its mobility platform in Lithuania. You will be responsible for driver growth, engagement, fleet partnerships and vehicle management, ensuring a reliable partner base in a mature market.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast supply trends daily, analyse market data and propose proactive growth and retention actions.
• Plan and execute the financial aspects of supply programmes, monitoring ROI and budget utilisation.
• Manage core operational workflows such as partner registration, onboarding and compliance with local and EU regulations.
• Design and run programmes that add value for independent drivers and fleet partners, increasing platform usage.
• Collaborate with regional, central operations, legal and public‑policy teams to address regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and budget management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
