Supplier Quality Engineer – Vilnius

About the role

Moog is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for managing supplier quality activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process and maintain related metrics.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor supplier performance and evaluate suppliers through surveys, on‑site audits, and other established methods.
• Lead investigations of non‑conforming raw materials, review NCRs, and support the Material Review Board (MRB).
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier files, Approved Supplier List, and supplier quality agreements.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal and external supplier audits, create checklists, and classify observations.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, cost‑saving initiatives, and global supplier quality programs.
• Provide supplier quality information for periodic and management review meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in supplier quality management, supplier audits, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work closely with purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and developing metrics.
• Familiarity with NCR, SCAR, and SNR systems and documentation.
• Active participation in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
