System Administrator – Data Enablers Team

About the role

Join SEB’s Data Enablers team in Vilnius as a System Administrator. You will support and evolve Business Intelligence solutions, working with modern data platforms and ensuring reliable operations for critical finance and risk applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SAP IQ, Apache Airflow and Apache NiFi.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot incidents, provide timely resolutions and support production environments.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an agile team.
• Self‑driven attitude, attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
