System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on System Administrator to own and secure our Microsoft‑centric infrastructure. You will support daily IT operations, manage security tooling, and act as the primary IT point of contact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant, including user lifecycle, licensing, groups, and shared resources.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) with conditional access, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and monitor service health.
• Own Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, XDR, and Purview for threat detection, data classification, and compliance.
• Manage Azure resources, subscriptions, IAM, and automation workflows (Logic Apps, Azure Communication Services).
• Lead backup and disaster recovery strategy using Carbonite and Azure‑native solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for IT support, manage ticketing (Jira Service Management), and maintain SaaS platform integrations.

Required profile

• Comfortable owning both operational support and security operations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
