Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist you will connect great people with great opportunities, supporting hiring teams to find the best candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, networking, and engaging with people while building a solid foundation in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Search for and engage talented candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Reach out to candidates, conduct initial screening conversations, and assess their qualifications and interests.
• Track sourcing results and contribute ideas to improve hiring outcomes.
• Learn about talent market trends and help identify new ways to attract top talent.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer‑facing roles, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, and candidate engagement.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online research tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
