Talent Acquisition Specialist – High‑Volume Recruiting

About the role

CyberCare, a fast‑growing customer‑care provider for global tech brands, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume recruitment across entry‑level, back‑office and technical positions. You will combine data‑driven sourcing with a human‑focused candidate experience to help the company scale its teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run high‑volume recruitment for a variety of roles, managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, social media and professional networks.
• Partner with the Employer Branding lead to promote CyberCare at career fairs and events.
• Organise and conduct interviews, supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain and optimise the ATS (Ashby), improving workflow automation and data quality.
• Track recruitment metrics (fill rate, time‑to‑hire, interview‑to‑offer) and use insights to refine processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing or related talent‑acquisition roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling several searches at once.
• Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy and quick to adopt new tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Available for full‑time employment.
