Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions at Softeta. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top‑tier IT and software engineering talent that matches our high‑stakes projects and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: devise sourcing strategies, engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer management.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective candidates and past applicants.
• Ensure a transparent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to employer‑branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑house recruitment or a recruitment agency.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting IT and software engineering professionals.
• Strong understanding of proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
• Proactive, creative, and results‑oriented mindset.
