Tax Specialist – Corporate Income Tax (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Nord Security is looking for a Tax Specialist to own corporate income tax (CIT) compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure accurate tax calculations, support financial reporting, and help shape the company’s global tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file CIT returns and supporting documentation for various entities.
• Calculate tax provisions and deferred tax as part of quarter‑end and year‑end closing.
• Coordinate with external advisors on local filings, audits and compliance matters.
• Maintain CIT‑related balance‑sheet accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Support tax reporting and disclosures for group financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP.
• Monitor legislative changes, assess impact and implement required adjustments.
• Contribute to transfer‑pricing documentation and intercompany transaction analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve tax efficiency.
• Assist with indirect tax compliance (VAT/GST or U.S. sales tax) when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate income tax accounting and compliance, preferably in an international group.
• Strong knowledge of tax provisions, deferred tax and local/international reporting requirements.
• Experience with transfer pricing and tax audit management is a plus.
• Familiarity with IAS 12 and IFRS reporting standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
