About the role
Vinted is looking for a Team Lead to head its Trust & Safety Operations. You will guide a team of moderators and appeals specialists, ensuring the community feels safe and well‑supported while upholding the company’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set clear objectives for the team and track progress through regular 1:1 meetings.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve performance and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on multi‑team projects.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Own service‑quality targets and ensure they are met consistently.
- Conduct performance and compensation reviews for team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a leadership or people‑management role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust, manage conflict, and hold the team accountable for results.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality member support.
