Team Lead – Operational Services

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of its operational team in Kaunas. You will provide guidance, coaching, and direction to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support daily activities of the operational team.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments, and resolve issues or escalations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced operational or managed services environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Full‑time availability to support team needs.
