Team Lead – Operational Team

About the role

Lead and support the day‑to‑day activities of the operational team in Kaunas, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize assignments and resolve issues or escalations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team objectives, quality standards and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Assist with onboarding, training and development of team members.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced operational or managed services environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities and support multiple tasks.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution.

Required skills

• Professional certificate (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) – nice to have.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and performance reporting.
• Experience mentoring or developing team members in a shared services environment.
