Technical Customer Support Engineer (Tech Support Ninja)

About the role

Salesforge is scaling its AI‑driven cold‑outreach platform and needs a Technical Customer Support Engineer to be the first point of contact when customers encounter issues or want to explore advanced product capabilities. You will work remotely, handling inquiries via live chat, Slack, and email while collaborating closely with the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems quickly across chat, Slack, and email.
• Own tickets from start to finish: liaise with engineering, follow up with users, and close the loop.
• Identify recurring feature requests or bugs and surface them to the product team.
• Proactively reach out to customers to prevent issues before they arise.
• Develop and maintain a Help Desk library of guides, videos, and articles.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL (training will be provided if needed).
