Technical Project Manager – Digital & Data

About the role

Join Civitta’s dynamic digital team in Lithuania as a Technical Project Manager focused on digital and data initiatives. You will lead web and mobile application projects, acting as the bridge between clients and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of web and mobile application development projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 4–10 members, including designers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for the software engineering team.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and scope to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management.
• Strong organisational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Trello, Asana or Jira.
• A clear mind, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• IT, technical or creative background is a plus.
• eCommerce experience is a plus.
