Technical Support Representative, Lithuanian Speaker

About the role

Dexcom is looking for a Lithuanian‑speaking Technical Support Representative to join its patient‑focused support team. You will be the first point of contact for users of Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring products, helping them resolve technical issues and maximize the value of their devices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries, product concerns, and technical issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud services, and hardware.
• Access, update, and maintain patient accounts using internal computer‑based systems.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance via phone, email, and support forms, and deliver training to patients and healthcare providers when needed.
• Document interactions, analyse product data, arrange replacements or samples, and perform follow‑up according to department standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Advocacy to ensure high‑quality record keeping.
• Participate in new‑product training and stay compliant with quality, regulatory, and privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Strong desire to help people and improve health outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Customer‑service mindset with attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
