About the role

The company is looking for a Technical Engineer to organise and supervise the maintenance of building structures and engineering systems. The role involves continuous monitoring, planning inspections and ensuring the building stays in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Organise maintenance of structural and engineering systems of buildings.
• Continuously monitor building condition.
• Plan and conduct periodic and specialised inspections.
• Identify and eliminate observed defects in the building.
• Complete and update technical documentation.

Required profile

• Higher engineering education in construction engineering.
• Proven experience in technical supervision of buildings.
• Good knowledge of the application of construction law.
• Legal right to act as a special building construction manager and technical supervision manager for residential and non‑residential buildings.
• Advantage: right to act in heritage‑protected zones.
• Own car available for work purposes.
