About the role

We are looking for a motivated legal specialist to join the Consumer Rights division. You will support the drafting of legislation, evaluate legal proposals and assist in non‑court consumer dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drafts of laws and regulations related to consumer protection.
• Review legislative proposals from other institutions and provide legal opinions.
• Compile materials for out‑of‑court consumer dispute handling (product safety, service accessibility, tobacco control, etc.).
• Assist in preparing procedural documents for courts.
• Collect and analyse information concerning consumer rights.
• Participate in seminars, conferences and communication activities.
• Offer legal advice to citizens on consumer‑rights matters.

Required profile

• Currently studying law at university or holds a law degree.
• Basic knowledge of the Civil Code, Public Administration, Consumer Rights and Administrative Procedure laws.
• Interest in the practice of the Lithuanian Supreme Court and the EU Court of Justice.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow and deepen practical legal expertise.
