About the role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supply Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius. In this position you will coordinate key supply chain processes, drive improvements, and implement your own ideas while growing with an ambitious company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimise supply chain processes.
• Analyse inventory levels, forecast demand and manage orders.
• Maintain smooth collaboration with suppliers, partners and internal teams.
• Control quality, deadlines and costs of supply activities.
• Identify and implement process optimisation initiatives.
• Organise, motivate and develop the supply team.
• Analyse supply performance indicators and propose efficiency improvements.
• Oversee external logistics processes and ensure their effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply, logistics, procurement or inventory management.
• Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience managing processes and leading change.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Effective team‑organisation capabilities.
• Initiative, result‑orientation and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Good command of English.
