About the role

As a Business Client Consulting Manager you will work closely with both business and private customers, helping them understand and choose the right financial solutions. You will be part of a supportive team that values trust, personal interaction and continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with business and private clients, understand their needs and provide financial advice.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, matching bank products and services to client requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and contribute to acquiring new customers.
• Continuously improve sales, customer service and communication skills.

Required profile

• Higher education (university degree).
• Strong communication, client‑orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
• Good computer skills; knowledge of the Forpost program is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and/or Russian.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, teamwork and responsibility.
• Awareness of compliance, risk identification and commitment to a safe, transparent work environment.

Required skills

• Forpost program knowledge.
• Proficiency with standard office computer tools.
