About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Business Client Manager focused on acquiring new corporate customers by phone. You will act as a consultant, understanding each client’s specific telecom needs and offering tailored solutions while contributing to the rapid growth of the business sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage contact with new Tele2 business clients via phone, using a provided prospect database.
• Consult clients on the most suitable telecommunications products and services.
• Record and analyse client information in the CRM system.
• Execute technical sales procedures quickly and accurately within internal systems.
• Achieve personal and team targets related to sales volume and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the telecommunications market and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, ambitious and consistently exceeds set goals.
• Experience with cold‑calling and proven results (preferred).
• Experience working with business customers (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with new contacts rapidly.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• English or Russian language skills are a plus.
• Clean criminal record (certificate required).
