About the role

We are looking for a Chief Lawyer to join the EPSO‑G group’s energy infrastructure team. The role involves providing legal expertise for high‑value construction projects, ensuring compliance with construction and public procurement law, and supporting the development of Lithuania’s future energy system.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, letters, and claims.
• Providing legal advice on construction law and public procurement matters.
• Identifying legal risks and delivering recommendations for risk management.
• Preparing procedural documents and representing the company in court.
• Standardising documents, contracts and processes, and improving legal procedures.
• Carrying out other legal tasks as required.

Required profile

• Higher university legal education.
• Proven experience in legal work, preferably with large‑value construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law and public procurement law.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, critical thinking and clear communication.
• Ability to react quickly to emerging issues.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
