Working Student – Cloud Operations Support (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Working Student to support our Cloud Operations team at Continental. The position is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a large‑scale cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving incidents and work orders related to recurring topics such as user management, permissions, and print queues.
• Participate in pre‑analysis of tickets to ensure completeness and gather necessary data for third‑level support.
• Perform log data analysis to improve performance, resource utilization and cost‑effectiveness of the cloud environment.
• Create queries and dashboards that provide operational insight.
• Support the creation and improvement of operational documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of cloud and server infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Azure architecture and administration.
• Experience with scripting, preferably PowerShell.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
