About the role

Ignitis Group is looking for a People Development Specialist on a fixed‑term basis. You will support the creation, audit and coordination of training programs, ensuring a smooth learning experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and improve the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end training organization process, from needs analysis to delivery.
• Communicate with training providers and participants.
• Contribute to various learning projects and initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data, prepare reports and support data‑driven decisions.
• Propose ideas to make learning processes simpler, more efficient and engaging.

Required profile

• Higher education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Project Management or Communications.
• Strong desire to gain experience in learning and training coordination.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills and good written and spoken English.
• Organised, analytical, with good planning and time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude, customer‑oriented and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
