Fleet Manager & Dispatcher

About the role

We are a US‑based logistics company seeking a dynamic Fleet Manager‑Dispatcher to oversee daily US truckload operations from our offices in Vilnius, Klaipeda and Telsiai. You will manage a team of drivers, coordinate dispatch activities and ensure top‑level service for our freight brokers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the US.
