Graduate Sales Executive – Estonian Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to focus on the Estonian market. This entry‑level position is part of the company’s Graduate Sales Programme, offering intensive training and the chance to work with real clients on delivering Revolut Business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and maintaining a steady pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including account management, upsell and cross‑sell activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage for clients.
• Balance time between prospecting, closing deals and supporting existing accounts autonomously.
• Apply solution‑based selling to match customer needs with Revolut Business value.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, using case studies to illustrate benefits.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Estonian.
• University graduate in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation.
• Strong motivation to learn sales techniques and financial products.
