About the role

We are a fast‑growing design agency seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Call Specialist to work fully remotely. You will be the first point of contact with potential business clients, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects and booking meetings. Success is measured against clear, daily KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lead lists.
• Introduce the agency’s services and generate interest.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve daily targets of 150 cold calls and 20 booked meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or teleprospecting.
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence.
• High work tempo, discipline and result‑orientation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet KPI targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools.
• Experience following scripted call flows.
