Tosca Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Join Accenture's leading Testing capability in the Nordics as a Tosca Test Automation Engineer. Based in Lithuania, you will work with Fortune 500 clients, designing and maintaining automated test solutions across web, API, mobile, SAP and other packaged applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and sustain modular, data‑driven automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.
• Develop and scale automation frameworks that align with enterprise standards.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and reporting.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering front‑end, back‑end, APIs, mobile and SAP landscapes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, optimise execution, and monitor test KPIs.
• Collaborate with test managers, developers and business analysts to align automation with project goals.
• For senior roles, mentor engineers, lead design reviews and promote best practices.
• For architect roles, define automation architecture, governance and ROI evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on test automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience automating web, API/services and mobile applications; SAP or other packaged applications preferred for senior positions.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, quality gates and test management.
• Familiarity with BDD/ATDD and continuous testing practices.
