About the role

We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Specialist to independently manage assigned material categories and become an integral part of our supply chain. You will be responsible for handling purchase orders, selecting suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of materials and services for our international façade projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned material and service categories.
• Search, evaluate, and select suppliers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including price, delivery dates, and quality.
• Coordinate deliveries according to project, production and installation schedules.
• Monitor supply flow, identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Administer all material‑related documentation (invoices, compliance declarations, etc.).
• Collaborate with project, logistics, production, warehouse, quality and finance teams.
• Track market trends and seek cost‑optimization and process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain or production planning.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
