AI Full-Stack Developer – Senior

About the role

Bold.One is seeking a senior AI Full‑Stack Developer to shape and expand its digital product. You will work closely with a fast‑moving team, making technical decisions that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end product features, from backend logic to user‑facing interfaces.
• Build high‑performance web applications with a focus on usability, scalability and maintainability.
• Create and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
• Drive architecture decisions and continuously improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into production‑ready solutions.
• Own initiatives from concept through deployment, iteration and ongoing improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code.

Required skills

• React and TypeScript for modern front‑end development.
• PHP with Laravel framework.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Design and consumption of RESTful APIs.
• Performance optimisation, scalability and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices.
