Area Sales Manager – Lithuania

About the role

MASCOT is looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of its premium workwear brand in Lithuania. You will be the primary driver of new business, working closely with the local distributor network and end‑user customers across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win new end‑user customers in construction, industry, energy, transport and logistics.
• Generate demand and build a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long‑term contracts.
• Collaborate with distributors to maximise market potential and hand over qualified customers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations, shop‑in‑shop solutions and represent MASCOT at trade fairs.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to management.
• Spend the majority of time in the field, travelling approximately 20 overnight stays per year.

Required profile

• Proactive B2B hunter with proven success in new‑business development.
• Experience selling value‑based solutions, preferably in workwear, PPE or similar quality‑driven industries.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and confident in English.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working independently.
