About the role

Eneba is building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, with close to 20 million active users. You will join its Performance Marketing team behind Snakzy, a play-to-earn rewarded gaming app on Android with users across the US. The team is small and hands-on, combining media buying, creative production and rewards economics. As the first dedicated ASO hire, the Google Play listing becomes yours on day one, with a graphic designer and a motion team ready to produce whatever you want to test.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Snakzy Google Play store listing end to end: app name, icon, feature graphic, screenshots, promo video, short and full description.
• Run a continuous store listing experiment program in Play Console and turn results into decisions.
• Own keyword research and metadata optimisation for the US, with more markets to follow.
• Build and maintain custom store listings mapped to paid acquisition campaigns.
• Own LiveOps promotional content and the seasonal listing calendar.
• Report weekly on store listing CVR, organic installs and keyword performance.
• Track competitor listings and category movement.

Required profile

• 2+ years working on App Store Optimization for Android apps, in-house or at an agency, with direct Console access.
• Proven hands-on experience running Google Play listing experiments with results you can explain.
• Able to brief and direct designers and judge whether an asset is worth shipping.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Google Play Console and keyword research and metadata optimisation.
• MMP such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and a product analytics tool such as Mixpanel.
• Nice to have: mobile gaming or rewards app experience, Sensor Tower or AppTweak, and knowledge of how Google UAC uses store listing assets.
