Reputation & Community Operations Specialist

About the role

Eneba builds an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, with close to 20 million active users. Its Reputation and Community Operations team tracks how Eneba is perceived online, works out what drives that perception and acts on it so the story people find about the company is accurate, current and earned. As a Reputation and Community Operations Specialist you will read public signals about Eneba, respond where it matters, and help build a healthy, welcoming community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to feedback: track reviews, ratings and community discussions, and reply where it has the most impact.
• Analyse sentiment trends: identify the factors behind changes in public sentiment and present clear, evidence-based findings.
• Escalate and resolve recurring issues: raise them with Support, Product and other teams with supporting evidence and a defined ask, and follow up until resolved.
• Engage with the community: take part in community spaces as a genuine presence, welcome new members, answer questions, de-escalate tense discussions and pass member feedback to the relevant teams.
• Report on and improve public ratings: contribute to regular reporting and, over time, take ownership of initiatives to improve Eneba's public ratings.

Required profile

• Less than a year of hands-on experience growing online communities on platforms such as Reddit and Discord, plus a background in customer support, community management, social media or reputation management, and a real interest in gaming culture.
• Excellent written English; good English level is required, proficiency preferred.
• Structured, organised approach with strong ownership, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage several priorities and work across teams independently.
• Curiosity about what drives customer sentiment and confidence interpreting data trends.
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule, including occasional late evenings and weekends, especially around major game releases.
