Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into strategic insight, primarily supporting Customer Success. You will join a collaborative BI team, own end‑to‑end analytics projects, and help shape decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and refine dashboards and reports through investigative analysis.
• Form hypotheses, explore data from multiple sources and deliver insights that influence daily operations and long‑term strategy.
• Use statistical techniques to spot trends, translate findings into clear stories for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to deliver timely ad‑hoc analyses.
• Gather and refine stakeholder requirements, propose improvements, estimate impact and pitch ideas.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
