Content Marketing Manager

About the role

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary content team, turning data‑driven insights into performance‑focused narratives that build trust with our gaming community. As a technical direct line manager you will design the systems, processes and strategy that enable great content at scale, while collaborating closely with product, growth and tech partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and individual contributors across seven content functions, including Reputation, PR, Production, Localization, Newsletters, Campaigns and Lifecycle.
• Define and own a 1‑year content strategy and quarterly goal framework tied to GMV, conversion rate and trust metrics.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and career development for all team members.
• Drive AI/LLM adoption, setting the pace for automation of research, production and distribution.
• Set and run quarterly OKRs, 1:1s, performance cycles and career conversations.
• Represent the content function in cross‑functional planning with Marketing, Product, Growth and Tech.
• Manage PR strategy across B2B, B2C and employer branding channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years in content, marketing or communications, with at least 3 years managing multi‑functional teams.
• Proven experience as a direct line manager handling hiring, goal setting, performance reviews and career development.
• Startup mentality: high ownership, fast pace and ability to meet challenging quarterly targets.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, comfortable with metrics such as CR, GMV and ROAS.
• Experience leading AI/LLM adoption or large‑scale content automation initiatives.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English (business level) and based in Kaunas or Vilnius, working hybrid with one day per week in the Kaunas office.
