Creative Copywriter

About the role

Fleming is looking for a Creative Copywriter who can craft compelling hooks, headlines, scripts and calls‑to‑action for social media ads and campaigns. You will work closely with designers, marketers and project managers to turn ideas into high‑performing creative assets that capture attention and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh concepts and copy for social media advertisements and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Write performance‑focused hooks, headlines, scripts, CTAs and other ad copy.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, video editors and other creators.
• Research competitors and monitor market trends to inform creative direction.
• Analyze creative performance data and use insights to improve future ideas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring concepts to life.
• Test new angles, messages and creative approaches continuously.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing copy for ads, social media or digital content.
• Curious mindset with a habit of collecting ideas from everyday ads.
• Comfort with testing concepts and iterating based on data.
• Ability to translate insights into simple, engaging copy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creative projects.
• Enjoys close collaboration with designers and marketers.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
