Creative Team Lead

About the role

RatePunk is looking for a Creative Team Lead to own both the creative team and the performance strategy behind our ads. You will guide a group of designers, shape the monthly creative roadmap, and turn data into winning ad concepts across multiple acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of four static and video designers, set priorities, balance workload and provide direct feedback.
• Define the monthly creative roadmap, decide formats, volume and iteration cadence.
• Research, hypothesize, test and validate new creative angles to unlock scalable audiences.
• Use performance data to track creative hit rates, analyse why ads succeed or fail, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with Meta media buyers on testing, budgeting, scaling and pausing ads.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI tools, outsourcing options or workflow redesigns.

Required profile

• Strong background in performance marketing with a focus on CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume creative production (hundreds of ads per month).
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with ad performance data and spreadsheets.
• Deep understanding of Meta media buying, campaign structures and creative diversity.
• Hands‑on experience creating static ads and evaluating video/UGC content.
• Fluent English copywriting and messaging judgment.
