Export Sales Assistant – International Sales Support

About the role

NK2x Lubricants is expanding across Europe and international markets and seeks an Export Sales Assistant to support the export sales team. You will be directly involved in international sales, communicating with customers, preparing offers and coordinating orders from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the export sales team with daily customer communication via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Research and identify potential distributors, importers, wholesalers and commercial partners.
• Prepare quotations, price lists, presentations and other commercial documentation.
• Follow up enquiries, offers, samples and ongoing negotiations.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate orders with production, logistics and finance teams.
• Support customer meetings, exhibitions and international business trips.
• Help keep the sales pipeline active and ensure opportunities are not overlooked.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; Russian and Lithuanian are strong advantages.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in sales.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general digital tools.
• Experience with CRM systems (experience beneficial but not required).

What we offer

• Salary €1,500–€2,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Full‑time position in a modern office in Vilnius (Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00).
