Full-Stack Software Developer – Savings & Investments (Vilnius)

About the role

Join an international development team that builds securities processing solutions for the Baltic region. You will help automate and modernise services related to securities transactions, investments and custody, gaining exposure to complex, business‑critical technology and financial markets. No prior securities experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test secure solutions for securities and investment processing services.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
• Contribute to front‑end development and system integrations where needed.
• Modernise, refactor and maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business developers and technology colleagues throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional back‑end focused software development experience, preferably on enterprise or business‑critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot and API development.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Curiosity, continuous‑improvement mindset and interest in both modern and established technologies.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in an international team.
• Angular or other front‑end experience is a plus but not mandatory.
