Growth Marketer (B2B)

About the role

Copla, a European GRC automation platform, is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead B2B demand generation and performance marketing initiatives. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape and execute campaigns that drive high‑quality leads and accelerate growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch B2B demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Own paid acquisition performance on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers for media buying, creative production and design.
• Develop campaign briefs, messaging and collaborate on creative assets.
• Create and continuously optimise landing pages to maximise conversions.
• Track, measure and optimise campaigns using data‑driven insights.
• Monitor KPIs (lead quality, CPL, CAC, ROI) and improve them over time.
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels and growth experiments.
• Handle multiple marketing projects while meeting timelines, budgets and objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, demand generation and digital best practices.
• Proven experience managing agencies, freelancers or external partners.
• Hands‑on experience planning campaigns from concept to execution.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with performance metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
