HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the People Support team at Telia in Vilnius. The role involves advising and supporting employees and managers across the Baltics and Nordics on HR matters, using live chat and ticketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support employees and managers across the Baltics and Nordics via live chat and ServiceNow.
• Work with the HRIS system (Workday) for daily operations and issue resolution.
• Participate in the onboarding journey for new employees.
• Support colleagues in HR areas such as employee and organizational master data, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to common services assignments, expanding expertise within the HR field.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented, customer‑centric, proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interest in HR and motivation to develop expertise.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with Workday is an advantage.
