Inbound Sales Representative – German Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, customer‑focused Inbound Sales Representative who will serve the German market for our prefabricated wooden building brand. You will turn incoming phone and online enquiries into sales, providing expert guidance and tailored product recommendations without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable wooden building solutions.
• Support clients through the post‑order process until delivery.
• Coordinate with architects and the factory to ensure smooth production of custom products.
• Share knowledge with teammates and help improve sales practices.
• Contribute to raising the overall quality of customer support.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1+) and solid English communication skills (B level or higher).
• Proven experience in active B2C sales, preferably with high‑value or customizable products.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize inquiries and maintain accuracy.
• Quick, efficient working style with strong empathy and collaboration.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

• On‑target earnings of €2,500–€6,000 gross per month (base salary + uncapped bonus).
