About the role

We are looking for a Technology Engineer to ensure the efficiency of our production lines, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement within a stable, international manufacturing group.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve production line performance.
• Minimize technological downtime and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Train staff on proper equipment operation and fine‑tuning.
• Plan, order, and control raw materials and consumables.
• Develop and monitor material consumption standards and reporting.
• Prepare and submit technical, regulatory, environmental, and quality documentation.
• Systematize and archive documentation.
• Oversee implementation and control of investment projects.
• Drive production process improvements and support LEAN initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
• At least one year of experience as a technologist in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of quality, safety, and health procedures.
• Responsible, proactive, innovative and able to work independently.
• Logical thinking, result‑oriented and strong communication in Lithuanian and English.
