About the role

We are looking for a motivated assembler to join our bakery production team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for preparing finished bread products for delivery, working in rotating night shifts and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble finished bakery products according to specifications and delivery requirements.
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely.
• Handle and verify production and expedition documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Adapt to new systems and processes as they are introduced.

Required profile

• Positive, responsible and principled attitude.
• Team‑player with meticulous attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to strive for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Operation of production equipment.
• Understanding of production and expedition documentation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of 8.05 EUR (pre‑tax).
• Monthly performance bonus up to 15 % of the base wage from the second month.
