Tara washer – Vilnius

About the role

Join the production team of Lithuania's leading bakery, Vilniaus duona, as a Tara (dough) washer. You will be responsible for ensuring that the dough meets strict sanitary and hygienic standards while operating and maintaining the washing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor dough quality to comply with sanitary‑hygienic requirements.
• Operate the dough washing machine according to standard procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the washing equipment.
• Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team promptly.

• Energetic and motivated.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Physically resilient and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operation of dough washing equipment.
• Maintenance of washing equipment.

What we offer

• Gross salary starting from 1,600 EUR per month.
• Performance bonus up to 15 % of the base salary after the second month.
• Shift work with day (7 am–7 pm) and night (7 pm–7 am) schedules.
