IT Site Support Technician II

About the role

Moog is looking for an IT Site Support Technician II to join its Vilnius office. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, research and resolve routine end‑user IT issues, including PC, network, printing and application problems.
• Deploy and configure PC equipment, accessories and endpoint software.
• Support conference‑room technology and perform on‑demand assistance at tech‑bars.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialised teams while documenting progress in the ITSM tool.
• Analyze and troubleshoot server or network issues as needed.
• Train end‑users on new technologies, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a technical customer‑support role.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Experience with IT service‑management platforms such as ServiceNow and remote‑support tools (e.g., Bomgar, SCCM).
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10, Windows Server and macOS operating systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL v4) are a plus.
