Junior Email Marketing Manager

About the role

Bioma Health is looking for a Junior Email Marketing Manager to own and grow its email campaigns. You will work closely with creative, marketing and product teams to design data‑driven, personalized email flows that boost sales and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise triggered and scheduled email campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyse performance metrics, conduct A/B tests and iterate based on seasonality, customer segments and competitor behaviour.
• Maintain list hygiene and ensure high deliverability through best‑practice deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling copy and design that reflect brand guidelines.
• Leverage analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve campaign ROI.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a focus on execution.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with performance data.

• Klaviyo email marketing platform.
• Email automation and campaign scheduling.
• A/B testing of subject lines, content and send times.

• Gross salary range €2,000‑€2,900 per month.
