Key Account Manager – Pet Care Retail Partnerships

About the role

Nestlé Purina is looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and grow its partnerships with leading retailers in Lithuania. Working with key customers and the Baltic commercial teams, you will shape and deliver ambitious sales plans, win on the shelf and drive sustainable, profitable growth for pet care brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build annual customer plans, agree Joint Business Planning priorities, promo plans, growth opportunities and KPIs.
• Achieve agreed personal and team KPIs, including OG, market share and profitability.
• Run regular customer meetings, lead negotiations and follow up agreed actions.
• Manage short- and long-term promotions, in-store activations, new product launches and regular market visits.
• Manage pet food category planning across subcategories and work with Demand Planners on accurate stock needs.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of Key Account Management experience with a proven track record of delivering top- and bottom-line results.
• Experience in pet care or a closely related category is a significant advantage; KAM experience in other FMCG categories is also highly valued.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
• Valid category B driving licence and readiness for regular business travel.
