Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Chains

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Chains to develop our business with major pharmacy chains in Lithuania. You will act as the main contact for key partners, providing product information, proposing promotional actions and ensuring product availability for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous contact with pharmacy chain decision‑makers and other key accounts according to marketing and personal activity plans.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly while continuously seeking ways to improve customer service.
• Collect and analyse market size, development trends and competitor activity.
• Design and grow the client portfolio in line with company strategy.
• Propose optimal pricing, discounting and trade‑marketing tools to maximise competitiveness.
• Participate in company‑organised events and campaigns, supporting their success.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the direct manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution.
• Native Lithuanian speaker with intermediate (fluent verbal and written) English.
• Excellent communication skills with a courteous and polite attitude.
• Proactive problem‑solver who responds quickly and focuses on solutions.
• Motivated to develop and train yourself on an ongoing basis.
