About the role

Join the leading bakery in the Baltic region as a Dough‑Making Operator. You will work on a rotating shift schedule to produce high‑quality dough for a wide range of beloved Lithuanian breads.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and verify their quality before production.
• Control the technological dough‑making process, ensuring correct mixing times and sequences.
• Monitor dough temperature and other critical parameters, recording data in control sheets or a computer system.
• Deliver prepared dough to dividing machines according to the production plan.
• Maintain the sanitary condition of the workstation and all equipment.

Required profile

• Positive, responsible, principled and able to work well in a team.
• Meticulous, dynamic and physically fit for day and night shift work.
• Relevant vocational education or training in food safety, quality or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Required skills

• Operation of dough‑mixing and bakery production equipment.
• Temperature monitoring and basic data recording.
• Use of production control software or computer applications.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €7.80 (pre‑tax).
• From the second month, a performance bonus up to 15 % of the base wage.
• Rotating day (07:00‑19:00) and night (19:00‑07:00) shifts.
• Workplace located at Graičiūno g. 38A, Vilnius.
