About the role

Join OPTOMAN as a Learning & Development Specialist to lead the Superhero Academy, a scalable talent growth ecosystem that supports employee development and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous evolution of the Superhero Academy, overseeing streams such as Talent Lab internships, upskilling, mentorship and internal mobility.
• Develop and deliver learning initiatives aligned with business goals, translating departmental needs into effective development solutions.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and teams.
• Act as the L&D advisor, providing guidance on learning strategies and talent development across the organization.
• Own and enhance the LMS platform, ensuring adoption, alignment with academy objectives and data‑driven measurement of learning impact.
• Use analytics and AI‑enabled tools to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders and cross‑functional projects to ensure quality, consistency and scalability of learning programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or related HR project management.
• Track record of building internal learning academies, employee development programs or onboarding structures.
• Strong project management and stakeholder consulting skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset and high ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian language skills are a plus.
