Market Development Partner – Remote (Lithuania)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a Market Development Partner to drive growth of HP partner relationships across the Lithuanian market. Working remotely, you will identify business opportunities, expand services and integrated solutions, and support revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop strategic plans with partners to grow their business and expand into services and integrated‑solutions selling.
• Conduct consultative selling to achieve revenue targets.
• Offer a solutions‑based sales approach to drive business growth.
• Proactively manage partners, responding to queries via email, phone, other channels, and on‑site visits.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure partner opportunities are fully realized.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track progress from enquiry to customer delivery.
• Provide regular, accurate forecasts to management.
• Monitor sales activities through the distribution/partner system.
• Assess opportunities for partner growth, plan and report to achieve growth within self‑negotiated timeframes.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Lithuanian.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in B2B sales.
• Basic knowledge of the channel market landscape.
• Good IT literacy and confidence working with digital tools and systems.
